Track your blessed fasts
كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ
Fasting has been prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you.
